Derek decides that he should read this letter in his room, and quickly begins the short walk to his own bedroom yet again.

Derek is incredibly excited by this stunning revelation
Derek does not appear to show any sort of joy right now, and to think that you would foolishly believe him to be one who would hop around and act incredibly excited is rather unbelievable.

What about Derek?
He's a bit busy too, but he is also rather bored too, so we might as well stick around.
Anyway, Derek sees the mail icon on the door, but for the first time ever, the icon is not blinking. Derek would normally go ahead and check if he has mail, but he doesn't know what will happen if he moves closer.

Dean admires Peter Gabriel 3
Dean stares at Peter Gabriel in admiration. When Dean grows up, he wants half of his face to start melting and be just like Peter Gabriel.
STOP. NOW.
Yeah, that was probably a good place to stop.
Anyway, Dean enters his bedroom. It's pretty normal, with a Peter Gabriel 3 poster and a window he can only see through by standing on his bed.
Pretty stupid place for a window.
Yikes
And this is how it came out on the $200 camera.
I mean, this looks as if some first grader doodled on the photo and tried to sell it for money.
The camera sells well though. Hm.
A poster
Dean remembers this poster fondly. He won it at an auction, but, unfortunately, the bids on the color version were ridiculous, and he was not able to acquire it.
The color ones are incredibly rare. They are taken by the "Colorify" special camera, which is able to add colors to a picture neatly and making the picture stay life-like.. A couple TV channels, including the 24/7 Peter Gabriel channel, include this feature for an extra $60 a month. Somehow, Dean has enough money.
The same company also released the cheap version, which is $200. It crudely adds color to a picture. Dean happens to own one, and it is awful. As a matter of fact, he has one of the pictures he took at a Peter Gabriel concert on that camera right now.
Dean enters his kitchen
Dean walks into his kitchen, where his fridge and computer are. It's sort of a boring room, with no Peter Gabriel pictures. You decide that you might as well put one picture of him up since you spend so much time in the room.
